Lisa LaMagna

Lisa LaMagna provides expertise on positioning and outreach to business and financial audiences. Drawing on her experience in finance, corporate communications, investment banking, business funding and development, Lisa delivers results in the business and financial press and with institutional investors.

Lisa has counseled over 50 CEOs and CFOs on critical communications announcements and relationship building with influencers. Her clients earn press coverage in major outlets such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, New York Times, TechCrunch, Wired, Bloomberg, and AP. She also advises companies on defining and marketing their investment rationale through research, internal consulting and competitive analysis. Lisa also works with executives on keynote presentation development and interview and presentation coaching. Lisa has a special interest in extending corporate branding into investor and public relations.

Lisa studied finance at the State University of New York at Buffalo and Pace University in New York City. She has worked in the securities and corporate finance departments of Banque Nationale de Paris and Occidental Petroleum, in the capital markets division of Morgan Stanley * Co., Moran Asset Management, and Ansbacher PLC. She was a financial and crisis communications executive at Abernathy MacGregor Group, Robinson Lerer Montgomery, and Bozell Sawyer Miller Group.

Lisa and her family live in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is active in several NorCal business communities, including Women in Consulting, National Investor Relations Institute, Bay Pay Forum, and FinTech SF.
